AA

U16 and U19 AA Coaches (Head and Assistant) are required to complete the following:

Coach Initiation in Sport (This must be completed prior to registering for the CI Clinic)
CI Coaching Clinic (Certified)***
Making Ethical Decisions Clinic**
Making Ethical Decisions Online Evaluation *
Respect in Sport – Activity Leader
Bench Staff Code of Conduct
Child Abuse Registry

*You must complete the Making Ethical Decisions Clinic prior to completing the online evaluation. There is no charge for the Making Ethical Decisions Online Evaluation once you have completed the clinic. To access the online evaluation you will go to www.coach.ca and log into the locker.  If you do not know your login information please contact Taylor Hildebrand

**  If you are unable to attend the Making Ethical Decisions in class sessions that are scheduled.  Please contact Bree Cruise at Coaching Manitoba for information on any clinics they may be running or to complete Making Ethical Decisions by home study.  If you are completing a home study version of the course it must be in the Coaching Manitoba office no later than January 1st.

*** At this level coaches must be certified in CI.  To complete the certification process coaches must submit a portfolio for evaluation to Ringette Manitoba, as well as have an on ice evaluation scheduled through Ringette Manitoba.

At least one coach at all AA levels must be a CI Certified female.

Each team must have one person on their roster identified and certified in Standard First Aid

CRC Requirements
– To be eligible for CRC coaches who are not completing their CI Certification in the current calendar year are required to complete one Comp-Dev multi sport module during the season.
